1. That movie wasn't... um... very good.
2. OMG OMG OMG THEY NEED TO MAKE A FINAL FANTASY VI MOVIE USING THAT DESIGN AND CGI AND THEY NEED TO MAKE IT RIGHT, NONE OF THAT "ADVENT CHILDREN" GARBAGE

I would LOVE to see an FF6 film like that. I've been wanting one for years. A good one. Not lik FF: The Spirits Within. What the crap?
Just follow the same storyline. I don't even care if it's pure CG -- just do make it.
